We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Website Manager to join Travel Nation. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to enhance and evolve our website—making it the best it can be for both our sales consultants and, most importantly, our customers.

Based in our central Brighton office, UK

Flexible working hours; full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time considered

What You’ll Be Doing

Travel Nation specialises in all aspects of round-the-world and long-haul travel. Our website is a vital business development tool and a key channel for customer engagement. You’ll lead the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the site, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and developers.

  • Website performance and user experience (UX)
  • Technical SEO and site health
  • Website security and compliance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who can take our already successful website to the next level—identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change.

  • Proven track record in website management and development
  • Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and customer journey optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with technical SEO and maintaining site health
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues
  • Experience collaborating with developers and technical partners
  • Travel industry experience is a plus, but not essential
