We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Officer to support our employees throughout their journey with the company. In this role, you’ll help deliver a positive employee experience by managing key HR processes, supporting employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring accurate HR records and compliance. What You’ll Do

  • Employee Onboarding & HR Administration
    • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
    • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee files, and HR records.
    • Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Manage employee enrollment, updates, and separation processes for company benefits and government-mandated programs.
    • Maintain accurate employee benefits information in HR systems and provider platforms.
    • Prepare and support payroll-related reports.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for benefits providers and assist in resolving employee concerns.
    • Support employees with benefit inquiries, claims, and eligibility requirements.
    • Help facilitate insurance, medical, and government benefit claims.
  • HR Data & Records Management
    • Maintain accurate employee data, including hires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
    • Manage employee documents and ensure proper record retention.
    • Support compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
    • Generate regular HR reports and workforce data insights.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
    • Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee cases.
    • Provide guidance on company policies, workplace conduct, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain employee relations records and monitor trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
    • Gather feedback and help evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist, HR operations, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
