  • Agent, Inventory Recovery I to join our Team
  • The

Agent, Inventory Recovery I is responsible for ensuring that proper legal title passes to Wyndham owners and/or the appropriate entity.

This role involves reviewing accounts and inventory for eligibility, preparing deeds and other legal documents, and updating systems to reflect real property ownership.

The Closer I also manages title changes, re-conveyances, and communicates with owners and business partners to resolve title-related matters.

  • Review executed and/or recorded deeds, deed-backs, or other legal instruments.
  • Track chain of title and coordinate with title agents and/or owners when additional information is required.
  • Learn Wyndham brands and related systems.
  • Update systems of record and databases to track account/inventory status and confirm transactions are complete.
  • Communicate with owners, site personnel, and external business partners when additional documentation is needed.
  • Coordinate information between team members and requestors to ensure timely responses.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the Title Services team.

  • 1–2 years Title or Timeshare experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Vacation ownership industry knowledge preferred.
  • 1–2 years customer service experience.
  • Timeshare experience a plus.
