- Senior Compliance Administrator and Governance Specialist
- How You’ll Shine
- Compliance expertise: Administer and review compliance obligations, risk frameworks, and regulatory registers under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Governance support: Assist with company secretarial duties, board meeting coordination, and statutory filings across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
- Analytical precision: Review product disclosure statements, marketing materials, and governing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Incident management: Monitor, assess, and report breaches while maintaining privacy and financial services registers.
- Professional collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Resort Operations, and global governance teams to deliver compliant outcomes.
- Communication mastery: Draft board minutes, compliance reports, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Integrity and accountability: Uphold ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and company values in every task.
- Key Business Deliverables
- Deliver accurate compliance reporting for committees, audits, and regulators.
- Support governance processes by maintaining registers, records, and statutory filings.
- Ensure timely disclosure of governing documents and product-related materials.
- Provide legal and compliance assistance on projects, audits, and intercompany transactions.
- Reinforce organizational integrity by aligning compliance practices with company vision.
- Core Responsibilities
- Administer compliance obligations, registers, and frameworks.
- Review and coordinate product disclosure statements and marketing materials.
- Monitor incidents, breaches, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Compile quarterly compliance reports and support audits.
- Update governing documents and ensure disclosure to members.
- Assist with AML/CTF, Privacy, and ACL compliance programs.
- Support board meetings, minutes drafting, and company secretarial duties.
- Maintain databases, business name registrations, and licensing.
- Prepare statutory filings and respond to KYC requests.
- Liaise with custodians and trustees on property registers.
- Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Previous experience in compliance, governance, legal, or audit roles (financial or legal industry background an advantage).
- Legal or audit qualifications preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, or willingness to learn.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident in advising executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
