We began with bespoke tech providing market‑leading flight booking systems for the world’s leading airlines and travel trade, and continue to grow with new products launching regularly, from cruise packages to luxury hotel booking services. While we now have offices, people and partners across the globe, the hub of the action remains at our thriving Cheshire Oaks (UK) HQ, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join, succeed and grow with us.

About us and the department this role sits in

We’re passionate about delivering brilliant marketing and communications for our in‑house brands and our partners. We are customer obsessed and aim to add value to all our customers with every communication or campaign. Our team is a diverse mix of talented marketers and designers, whose experience and ideas shape our department.

The role

You’ll take ownership of key marketing workstreams, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and deliver campaigns across our brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with customers, with a particular focus on building our Travel Innovation Group employer brand and promoting our SaaS and travel technology products. You’ll develop and deliver marketing campaigns that support business growth, strengthen our brands and create content that demystifies complex products and services, all while putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of our employer brand across both internal and external channels, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
  • Taking ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity for our Travel Innovation Group technology products and our SaaS company, Calrom, working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager and wider teams.
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and communications that support business objectives.
  • Creating engaging content across blogs, email campaigns, webpages and social media, translating complex products and services into clear, customer‑focused messaging.
  • Creating clear and inspiring creative briefs for the design team.
  • Creating customer marketing campaigns and communications that support both Lime and Aviate, helping strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop and launch lead generation and demand generation campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Building and maintaining automated marketing workflows, email journeys and nurture campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and using insights to continually improve future activity.
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.

The Successful Applicant

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • At least five years’ experience in a marketing role, with hands‑on experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, including email marketing, workflows, landing pages, reporting and marketing automation. Experience maintaining data quality, following data best practices and using HubSpot to support lead generation and customer journeys would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience using content management systems, ideally WordPress, to create and manage website content would be advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them to create effective, customer‑focused communications.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and easy‑to‑understand content.
  • Experience creating creative briefs and providing clear direction for design, digital and multimedia content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver campaigns on time.
  • Experience working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to bring marketing activity to life.

We think you’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Curious, proactive and always looking for ways to improve and try new ideas.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team.
  • Detail-focused, with a passion for producing high-quality work.
  • Excited by technology, innovation and the opportunity to market products that solve real customer challenges.
  • Keen to continue developing your marketing knowledge through learning, experimentation and professional development.
  • Someone who enjoys variety and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

What you’ll get

  • Annual company bonus in addition to your salary.
  • 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working options (minimum three days in the office).
  • 5% matched company pension contribution.
  • Modern office with on‑site gym and bar so you can enjoy a free drink on a Friday.
