At all times, strive to represent The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Responsible for achieving room revenue targets and other objectives set by the DOS within the year, including lead generation, prospecting, conversion, team goal establishment, and employee satisfaction survey results.

Identify and develop strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key industry stakeholders to ensure robust business returns and an excellent reputation across the industry. Assist in identifying market needs and trends within the travel trade, defining target markets, reviewing direct competition, and ensuring the sales team is fully aware of competitors' activities, strategies, and promotions.

Implement effective sales plans and promotional activities; organize sales approaches used by team members; conduct sales calls; and develop and maintain new, productive accounts in local and overseas markets. Conduct site visits, FAM trips, sales trips, and trade shows as required, based on business needs and proactive targets, to maintain high hotel exposure across all markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
  • Deep industry knowledge and experience with hotel social catering sales models
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both oral and written)
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable to change
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and networking skills
