We're looking for an organised, HubSpot-savvy marketing professional to own our CRM, email communications, and social media presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves systems, storytelling, and turning data into action—and who will be central to how we engage our audience, nurture relationships through HubSpot, and extend our reach across digital channels.
HubSpot & CRM Leadership (Your Core Focus)
- Lead HubSpot implementation and optimisation across the business (Marketing Hub)
- Own database management including segmentation, list hygiene, deduplication, suppression lists, and GDPR compliance
- Build and optimise email campaigns, newsletters, automated workflows, and onboarding sequences
- Manage contact properties, lifecycle stages, and audience segmentation strategies
- Track and report on webinar attendance, content engagement, and partner/sponsor campaign performance
- Partner with our commercial team to deliver sponsorship insights and campaign reporting
- Champion HubSpot best practices and drive continuous improvement
Email & Communications
- Plan, write, and execute all B2B email communications through HubSpot
- Design engaging email layouts with compelling copy, clear CTAs, and seamless user experience
- Test, iterate, and optimize for improved open rates, click-throughs, and engagement
- Manage preference centres and subscription options to ensure relevant, permission-based communications
Social Media (Including TikTok Launch)
- Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Launch our TikTok account from scratch with a clear, achievable, on-brand content strategy
- Create and schedule regular content, working with internal teams and travel partners
- Repurpose webinars, events, and platform content into social-first formats
- Monitor performance, identify what resonates, and refine strategy accordingly
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting on email performance, audience growth, engagement, and social reach
- Support partner and sponsor reporting with campaign insights and metrics
Requirements
Essential
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on CRM and email marketing
- Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (this is not an entry-level role)
- Proven ability to manage complex databases, segmentation, and automated workflows independently
- Excellent written communication skills with a confident B2B tone
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own priorities
Desirable
- Experience in B2B, travel, media, or platform businesses
- Track record of launching or growing a TikTok account
- Strong understanding of GDPR and consent management within HubSpot
- Design skills using Canva or similar tools
