Technical Services Director / Engineering Director Travel & Hospitality Talent Hub are delighted to be working with a leading Travel, Leisure & Hospitality business to recruit an experienced Technical Services Director / Engineering Director for a senior leadership position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineering leader who can take ownership of a large and complex engineering, infrastructure, facilities and asset management portfolio, ensuring it remains safe, resilient, commercially effective and sustainable.

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Engineering Director who can lead through people, influence at senior level and deliver long-term engineering and infrastructure strategies across a complex operational environment.

The Role As Technical Services Director, you will provide strategic leadership across Engineering, Technical Services, Infrastructure, Maintenance, Facilities and Asset Management.

You will be responsible for setting the long-term engineering strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, operational resilience, asset performance and investment priorities are aligned with wider business objectives.
