What’s the job?
- You’ll work with the Head of Travel and Mobility and Product Manager and the rest of the Team on delivering the Go-To-Market strategy and growth of the Insurance portfolio in Europe
- You’ll work with the wider team and business on managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Product. You will work with stakeholders within the organisation on executing the product roadmap, developing new products, and identifying opportunities for the broader Insurance market
- You’ll apply agile methodology and disciplined execution to deliver to the highest standard using best practice processes and extensive customer and stakeholder management.
- You’ll support in overseeing the delivery of the end-to-end customer journey for the D2C and B2B2C products including integration with partner, CVO, Underwriting Capacity provider and third-party systems and services, as required
- You’ll own day to day management of escalations and queries to the Insurance team, both internally and externally
- You’ll manage stakeholders, so that their interests and feedback are considered when creating and prioritizing the product roadmap
What are we looking for?
- You’ll have an understanding of financial services and the regulated environment. Previous insurance experience is an advantage
- You’ll have experience of managing the day-to-day workings of third-party accounts and parties such as aggregators and business partnerships
- You’ll have proven ability to foster and develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
- You’ll possess advanced computer literacy and understanding of systems and process supporting the same and servicing of insurance products
- ACII / Cert CII or equivalent preferred
