  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning, continuously improving methodologies, processes and governance.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and scalability of all FP&A outputs.
  • Lead insightful month-end performance analysis, identifying key financial and operational drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Own the finance data model and partner with Data and Technology teams to improve data quality, accessibility and commercial insight.
  • Champion AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve forecasting, reporting efficiency and decision‑making.
  • Partner with Executive Directors and senior leaders to provide clear, commercially focused financial insight and constructive challenge.

Required Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Significant experience in a senior FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
  • Proven expertise developing integrated financial models linking P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with Executive teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑finance audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.

Experience improving finance processes through automation.

  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 28 after 5 years)
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity pay
