We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the evolution of TC Co-Pilot and my TC.

About The Role

This is a senior product role with responsibility for the vision, strategy, roadmap, performance and ongoing development of TC Co-Pilot and my TC.

You’ll lead these products as connected parts of the wider Travel Counsellors platform, making sure that AI and digital experiences strengthen the relationship between Travel Counsellors and their customers.

You’ll bring together customer insight, business priorities, data and technology to focus the products on meaningful problems and outcomes.

You’ll work with teams across engineering, data, design and the business to shape priorities and deliver a connected, accessible and personal experience.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Develop and champion a connected product vision and strategy for TC Co-Pilot and my TC, aligned with business, customer and technology priorities.
  • Turn the vision into clear objectives, measurable outcomes, product roadmaps and investment choices.
  • Keep the products focused on meaningful needs rather than a collection of disconnected features.
  • Define and monitor measures such as adoption, engagement, customer value, Travel Counsellor productivity, business growth and experience quality.
  • Communicate product direction, progress, outcomes, constraints and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
  • Stay informed about developments in AI, travel technology, customer experience and digital products, and identify opportunities to create value for Travel Counsellors.
  • Work with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security and Design to make informed product decisions about APIs, integrations, cloud platforms and data dependencies.
  • Embed privacy, security, transparency, human oversight and appropriate safeguards into AI-enabled products.
  • What You’ll Bring

You’ll have substantial experience leading digital products in a technology-led or digitally enabled organisation.

You’ll be able to show how you’ve developed product vision, strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes for complex, customer-facing products.

You’ll have experience delivering products with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Data, Design and business colleagues.

You’ll understand generative AI and agentic product experiences, including their practical opportunities, risks and limitations.

Experience with mobile apps, web platforms or customer engagement products is strongly preferred.

Experience in travel, ecommerce, marketplaces or another relationship-led sector would be useful.

You’ll communicate clearly, build strong stakeholder relationships and explain complex product and technology choices to senior audiences.

You’ll bring commercial judgement, analytical skills and experience making evidence-led trade-offs.

A relevant degree or product management qualification is welcome, but equivalent experience is valued.

  • Competitive salary and annual bonus
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Career development opportunities
  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 28 after five years
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • One paid charity day
  • Company events and incentives
  • Death in service benefit of three times your salary
  • Pension scheme
  • Private Medical Insurance or Healthcare Cash Plan
  • Free breakfast and beverages
