Travel Chapter is seeking a Homeowner Account Manager to nurture homeowner relationships across a multi-county portfolio. The role combines customer engagement, data insight and commercial thinking, with regular property visits and remote work.
You will manage around 190 properties across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and parts of Shropshire, travelling to sites and coordinating with operations, commercial and marketing teams.
