You will translate the People Strategy into practical actions throughout the employee lifecycle, advising on complex ER matters, acquisitions and TUPE integrations, and driving people initiatives to support growth and engagement.
You will coach leaders, use data to improve outcomes and lead in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, providing leadership cover when needed.
