We’re looking for a Property Management Support colleague to support our Property Management operation across the Ambleside region on a fixed‑term contract until 31 October 2026. This hands‑on role has a strong focus on property standards, maintenance coordination and compliance. You’ll work closely with homeowners, housekeepers and contractors to ensure properties remain well‑maintained, compliant and ready for every stay. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily property operations
- Supporting the smooth running of the local Property Management operation
- Managing and logging emails and phone calls, ensuring information is shared with the right teams
- Completing data checks, basic reporting and spreadsheet updates
- Supporting invoice processing and owner charges, liaising with internal teams where required
- Taking ownership of allocated daily operational tasks
- Supporting Health and Safety compliance
