We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a programme of work that spans both technical implementation and operational delivery, ensuring change lands well and delivers real value for the business. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and operational areas, bringing structure, clarity and commercial insight to complex programmes aligned to our long-term goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of a programme of work, partnering closely with the Head of Programme and senior stakeholders across the business.
- You’ll help shape programme strategy, coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering a programme of change projects aligned to the business roadmap
- Working with senior stakeholders to define programme strategy and communicate this clearly across the business
- Ensuring solutions are cost-effective, efficient and deliver clear operational and commercial impact
- Applying Travel Chapter programme delivery standards and suggesting areas for continuous improvement
- Ensuring appropriate programme governance is in place and followed
- Monitoring progress, budgets and timelines to ensure delivery remains on track
- Proactively identifying and managing programme risks and issues throughout the lifecycle
- Working cross-functionally to deliver change projects and process improvements, documenting and standardising processes where needed
- Identifying gaps and opportunities across systems and operations to improve efficiency
- Championing continuous improvement with a strong delivery focus
- Supporting additional projects or initiatives when required
Experience (Essential) / What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in programme management
- 3+ years’ experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Proven experience delivering both technical and operational projects
- Experience working in change or transformation environments
