At Travel Chapter, we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to take ownership of our paid social activity across a portfolio of brands, helping to drive bookings and bring our properties to life in a compelling, performance‑led way. Reporting into our Head of Social, this role sits at the centre of our social media performance strategy. You’ll lead on the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta, while also supporting activity across emerging channels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll have real ownership, managing campaigns end‑to‑end, shaping creative approaches and continually testing and learning to improve performance. You’ll play a key role in evolving how paid and organic social work together, helping us create a more joined‑up and effective approach across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning paid social activity across a portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on Meta platforms
- Planning, building and optimising campaigns to promote regions, property types and key booking periods
- Managing budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring spend is aligned to performance and commercial targets
- Continuously analysing performance, identifying trends and using insights to improve results
- Developing and testing new ideas, audiences and creative approaches to drive growth
- Supporting the integration of paid and organic social activity to improve overall effectiveness
- Working closely with Brand and Customer Marketing teams to activate wider campaigns across social
- Partnering with Regional Brand Managers to support campaign delivery and boost key content
- Contributing to activity across channels such as Pinterest and TikTok as we continue to evolve our social mix
- Sharing best practice, insights and recommendations across the marketing team
- Keeping up to date with platform developments, trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience running paid social campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing budgets across multiple campaigns and brands
- A performance‑driven mindset, with a focus on driving bookings and improving conversion
- Highly analytical, confident using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, either in‑house or agency‑side
- Ideally experience within travel, tourism or a similar experience‑led industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, curious approach – someone who enjoys testing, learning and improving
- Ability to write engaging, on‑brand copy
