- Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, research, referrals, events and proactive outreach
- Confidently presenting and selling our owner proposition, tailoring your approach to each potential owner
- Developing local partnerships with estate agents, developers, trades and other key stakeholders to support organic growth
- Ensuring each new property is launched to the highest standard, including pricing, photography and listing quality
- Using data and local market insight to shape pricing strategies and revenue projections
- Negotiating commercially sound agreements that benefit both the owner and the business
- Acting as a brand ambassador in your region, representing Travel Chapter at meetings, events and industry functions
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality owner journey
- Working to and exceeding KPIs across appointments, property sign-ups and revenue generation
What We’re Looking For

- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in field-based sales, including managing your own diary and time effectively
- Confidence working independently across a large geographical area
- Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Confidence working with data to inform pricing and revenue decisions
- Experience managing a pipeline and using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of the North Scotland region
- Strong IT, numeracy and literacy skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
It would be great if you also have
