Homeowner Account Manager – Cornwall
Employment type: Permanent
Work hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend work
Location: Home‑based; covering the South‑East Cornwall area
Salary: £27,000 base salary, company bonus scheme and company car
What will I be doing?
- Increase bookings and revenue for each of my properties
- Ensure each property is shown in its best possible light on our website while representing it truthfully
- Analyse ongoing booking performance and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Communicate confidently and effectively with owners on holiday letting aspects, including recommendations for upgrading and updating properties
- Organise regular owner communications, visits, and contact days
- Resolve challenges and difficult situations confidently; identify properties not meeting quality requirements and recommend actions
- Work closely with the New Business, Customer Service and Managed Services teams
What are we looking for?
- Customer service skills and account management experience
- Results‑driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills
- Property knowledge and good geographical knowledge of the area you will be aligned to
- Proactive problem solver and able to work on your own initiative
- Excellent time management
- Full driving licence – essential
