As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our guests and property owners. You will handle inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
Using your excellent listening and communication skills, you will help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip, whether that\’s by helping them find their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or just offering advice.
You will be based in our Keswick office while being an integral part of the wider Travel Chapter team.
