Warehouse Operative, £13.00 – £13.40ph, Ripon, 28 days leave, Mon-Thurs 8.30-5.00 Friday 3pm finish, pension, parking. A great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to undertake all goods in duties in a busy, professional warehouse environment. Duties will include Dealing with all incoming stock on a daily basis, booking it in on the computer and ensuring it is allocated to the appropriate part in the warehouse. Operating a forklift to ensure that stock is moved in a safe and timely manner Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse at all times, allocating stock efficiently to maximise the space available. Picking and packing orders – using a handheld stock device. Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety The successful Warehouse Operative must have the following skills and experience; Previous Warehouse experience and a current FLT license Goods In experience Computer literate Ideally you will have used a handheld stock device You will be proactive and have a positive attitude Be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic Be self motivated whilst also be a good teamplayer Happy to be trained on other functions within the Warehouse.
