Trainee Support Administrator Burgess Hill, £20,000 – £24,000, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) free parking, pension. The Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with one of the South’s leading Building & Engineering training providers specialising specifically within the Apprenticeship sector. The position of Trainee Support Administrator will be part of the Training Apprenticeship Team providing administration and learner support. The role will be actively playing a key part in providing administration support to the trainers and apprentices. Key responsibilities Provide and maintain consistently high level of Customer Service across all areas of the business Supporting the curriculum teams with administration tasks such as printing, photocopying and updating of training manuals Answering and dealing with telephone calls Filing and archiving of records (manual and electronic) Scheduling appointments such as apprentice reviews, including sending of invites to apprentices and their employers Input, update and maintain company CRM databases to ensure customer data, communication records and contract information are recorded accurately Managing and responding to requests made via email Updating of records and producing of reports Support with updating registers Attend team meetings Support colleagues across the business with administration tasks Requirements This role would suit an individual who is looking to establish a career in administration and customer service. We are seeking someone who is professional, conscientious, committed and flexible. The successful candidate will show excellent attention to detail, have good organisational skills, a welcoming telephone manner and be strong in customer service. It is essential to have a good level of ICT skills and ideally a good understanding of Excel. A minimum of 6 months experience of working in an Administration Team is required. Company Information My client provides specialist training to the Building Engineering Services Sector. They have been delivering gas, plumbing and electrical apprenticeships since 2004. Apprentices on their programmes benefit from a wealth of industry experience amongst their training team, as well as extensively equipped workshop facilities and structured learning programmes.
