Technical Account Manager Home based with UK travel, c£45k DOE, Permanent, Fulltime Our well-established Tech and Comms company who partner with vendors such as Cisco & Microsoft to deliver the latest solutions to their clients is looking for a new person to join their experienced team. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing the account for a large multi sited client who is 20 site spans the Uk and the successful applicant will work alongside Engineering Managers, Automation Engineers, and Site Managers. Key Duties are: * Maintain & develop relationships with key site and central contacts * Inform clients of latest technology to help with new projects * Project Manage all new solutions on site * Coordinate a team to deliver technical solutions * Conduct annual visits to understand their current site configurations. In order to be considered for the role of Technical Account Manager applicants must have a broad understanding of LAN/WAN/wLA, preferably Cisco & Cisco Meraki, CCNA a plus. Advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365 & SharePoint are essential. Occasional travel to London will be required.
