Expanding over recent years, this multi-million pound business are seeking a sales administrator to join their team. Working with large commercial business, this will see you working for a manufacturing business who manufacture within bespoke packaging. Working within a modern office within a team of 5, the sales administrator role will see you : Acting as the first point of contact within the business for inbound client calls Managing existing and new customer enquiries To understand client requirements and produce quotations in a timely manner Using Abaca ERP systems to produce quotations and maintain client information General administration as required The successful candidate working as a sales administrator will have a need to hold experience working within a supplier or manufacturing industry, hold ERP or CRM system experience plus additional IT competencies. Experience within customer services is key for this role with additional experience in producing quotations via an ERP system to supply to clients and enquiries. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked within customer services, sales support or sales administration and is looking for a new opportunity.
