Our Newark based manufacturer, and distributor is seeking a Marketing & Design Manager to drive their award‑winning brands to the next level.

If you are a strategic, commercially focused manager who can inspire, organise, and lead a creative team to deliver outstanding results this is the role for you.

Key Duties

• Day‑to‑day management of the marketing and design teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members – conducting regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard.
• Set and monitor KPIs, drive motivation and morale, promoting collaboration across the marketing and design team.
• Encourage innovation, planning and executing brand and marketing strategies across our own and partner brands.
• Oversee content creation and storytelling across websites, social media, TikTok, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Partner with the Art Director and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operation.
• Analyse, report, and communicate performance, and manage and allocate budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with press, influencers, and media partners to expand brand visibility.

To be considered for the Marketing & Design Manager, candidates must be an experienced marketing leader with a track record of developing and motivating high‑performing teams. A degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous alongside communication and influencing skills.
