Our well-established Engineering company is looking for an experienced results-driven Marketing Manager to help build their brand and drive sales to the next level. The company is going through a period of growth and change, and the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the company's rebranding process. If you can inspire future branding, devise robust marketing strategies, and lead new marketing projects while delivering outstanding results, this is the role for you.
Duties:
- Develop and implement new comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Manage all company marketing functions - Digital, Social, Web, SEO, and email automation.
- Create compelling written content for website, email campaigns, and social media, posting both organic and paid content.
- Work with web developers to build a new interactive website and relaunch the company rebrand.
- Promote collaboration between marketing, the sales team, and the collective.
- Analyse, report, and communicate marketing performance, and manage departmental budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with press and external media partners to expand brand visibility and implement the latest industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop new email automation and CRM systems.
- Create company visuals for industry events.
Requirements:
- To be considered for the Marketing Manager role, candidates must be experienced marketing leaders with a track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential.
