The Role
Lettings Administrator required to work for a privately owned company, offering a diverse range of professional services. They are seeking a confident and friendly Lettings Administrator to undertake a variety of administration tasks and provide the highest level of customer service to tenants, landlords and trades people.
Main duties of the Lettings Administrator will include:
- Liaising with tenants and landlords (phone, e-mail and face to face)
- Managing applications and maintenance enquiries.
- Conducting initial right to rent checks and follow ups.
- Deal with deposit claims, cash cheques, rent payments.
- Coordinating move ins.
- Processing end of tenancies, notifying lettings team and booking check outs.
- Occasional attendance at a rental viewing (mileage paid for).

The ideal Lettings Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:
