Junior Project Manager required to lead and manage the development projects for Electro-Mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will be a graduate within a relevant discipline and hold a PMP qualification or similar, as well as experience working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities for the Junior Project Manager:

  • Lead the planning and execution of development projects from start to finish
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and senior management
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and client satisfaction
  • Consolidate documentation, reports and forecasts
  • Support client engagement and events

The person:

  • Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager in a development environment
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Qualifications or project experience in engineering
