The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Our client has built their strong reputation of having unrivalled quality, simplicity and performance within their industry and are proud of their staff retention. They are looking for an additional electrical service and installation engineer where certain times of the year this will include travelling throughout the UK and Ireland installing and servicing agricultural storage equipment, but you will always be home for the weekend. When not completing installations, the rest of the time will be spent at the factory in Grantham to assist with certain parts of the manufacturing process assembling, panel wiring etc.
Responsibilities
- Electrical panel wiring
- Running cables from panels to the rest of the installation and throughout the building
- Fault finding during installation
- Servicing control panels and installations
Qualifications
- Installation / wiring electrical control panel knowledge is essential
- The ability to work in a team
- You should have hands on experience in the electrical engineering sector
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Refrigeration knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking is essential
- The ability to work and stay away from home for short periods of time
Benefits
- Competitive pay rate of £16-£18.50 per hour depending upon experience
- 37.5 hour working week, 8.30am – 4.30pm (possible overtime of time and a half in busy periods)
