Food Technologist Assistant £28,000pa, NN17 1QE, 33 days leave, 7.30am till 4pm Mon to Fri, Pension, Private BUPA Health Care, Life Insurance, Discount Schemes, Permanent, Immediate Start Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a market leading FMCG global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Food Technologist Assistant to join them. You will be providing administration and scientific analysation support to the Technical Team, including Process Technologists, Technical Managers, NPD and Quality Assurance Auditors: Coordinating all documentation in relation to any technical issues with products, and highlighting these reports to Process Technologists & Management Team Attend and contribute NPD and Technical meetings weekly Collate production samples, and record findings on internal database Be a key coordinator in product trails, liaising with production to ensure timing match all required diaries, recording and distribute results Work closely with Technical Team, supporting projects, and maintaining and updating project documentation and circulating internallyWe would expect the successful Food Technologist Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Food Science practises, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, confident manner, with the ability to educate others. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
