Customer Services Advisor duties:
Input orders with a high degree of attention to detail.
Handle customer enquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
Complete survey feedback calls (outbound) contacting online customers.
Build your own brand awareness, the products available and communicate this to customers.
Handle the daily customer enquiries received through the Live Chat communication.
To be considered for the Customer Services position, you will have:
Over 2 yearsβ experience of customer service and sales support, used to working to targets.
Excellent oral communication and superb listening skills, organised and self-motivated.
Numerate and computer literate with IT skills inc Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and or SAP
Benefits of the Customer Services Advisor include;
Salary: Β£25,000 per annum
Working hours: 37hrs per week on a 2 week rota.
8am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday finishing at 3.30pm on Fridays
9am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays.
Holidays: 25 plus stats
Other benefits: Money purchase pension plan and Westfield Health cash plan
Getting there: Doncaster S64 (Mexborough), free onsite parking, on a bus route and train station
