Overview
Customer Services Administrator β Β£23,810 per annum, permanent, 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Location: BS16 Emerson\βs Green, Bristol. Benefits include 28 days holiday, pension, on-site parking and more.
Responsibilities
- Act as one of the first points of contact within the team to support order processing
- Procure components from external suppliers within engineers\β time scales
- Manage engineers\\\β expectations regarding delivery of products
- Input order information and maintain communication throughout the process
- Email correspondence with engineers or contract providers
- Work with the wider team to ensure smooth running of contracts
Qualifications and Skills
- Confident IT skills
- Strong communication and data accuracy
- Experience in a contracts administrator, customer services administration or administrator role
- Full training and support available from a team leader and an operations manager
