The Role of Apprentice Administrator
We are a fast-growing recruitment company based in Shrewsbury, and we are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable office-based experience in a busy recruitment environment and modern offices while working towards a recognised qualification.
This role offers a genuine career pathway, with the potential to progress into positions such as Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Office Administrator upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities of the Apprentice Administrator
- Managing our social medias platform and arranging campaigns to market our vacancies to potential candidates.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to consultants and the wider office team.
- Assist with processing candidate applications, updating records, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Admin support to the accounts team.
- Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
- General house keeping duties within a modern office environment.
- Support with job adverts, correspondence, and other administrative duties as required.
