Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a Cutting Machine Operative to join their growing team. This role is crucial in producing high-quality vinyl graphics and signage for vehicle livery projects. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will ensure precision, efficiency, and quality control throughout the cutting process.

  • Operate cutting machinery to accurately cut vinyl graphics and signage for vehicle livery projects.
  • Review job orders and specifications to ensure precise cutting according to client requirements.
  • Maintain and calibrate cutting equipment to optimise performance and minimise errors.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to troubleshoot any issues and streamline workflow.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company and client standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CAD machine cutting beds or similar equipment. Proficiency in CAD software and digital cutting technology is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. An understanding of vehicle livery and signage production processes would be beneficial.

Package:

  • GBP26,000 + Competitive salary based on experience
  • Burgess Hill location with on-site parking
  • Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm & 10:00am - 6:30pm)
