Our products, Trace and Nina, replace slow, expensive legacy providers with a solution that’s faster, more accurate, and significantly more cost-effective - and the market is responding. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience who want more ownership, greater earning potential, and a genuine pathway into Account Executive and leadership roles. If you’ve built pipeline, managed sales conversations, and consistently delivered against targets, we’d like to speak with you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and executing targeted outbound campaigns into HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance teams
- Qualifying inbound demand and converting interest into qualified pipeline
- Managing the full sales cycle on SME opportunities, from discovery through to close
- Running demos, handling objections, negotiating commercials, and securing contracts
- Working closely with Account Executives on larger enterprise opportunities
- Maintaining accurate Salesforce records and contributing to forecasting
- Developing account strategies and owning your territory like a business
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, recruitment sales, technology sales, or a similar commercial environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and managing opportunities through the sales process
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
