TraqCheck is building the screening and sourcing layer for modern hiring. Our AI agents Trace and Nina take on the manual work that traditional providers have charged a premium for over two decades. We are cheaper, faster and more accurate, and buyers are paying attention.
We are hiring SDRs to meet that demand, selling into HR, TA and Compliance teams and recruitment leaders. This is not a meeting-booking role. You will run end-to-end on SME deals, qualify inbound interest into real pipeline and build outbound sequences that convert. You will carry a number and own the outcome, with the support of a team that wants you to succeed.
- Running focused outbound reach into target accounts across HR, TA and Compliance.
- Qualifying inbound leads into real pipeline.
- Closing SME deals yourself: demo, commercials, objection handling, contract.
- Running your own book like a business.
- Building a real point of view on the market. You will understand where legacy screening falls short and be able to have a credible commercial conversation with a Head of Talent.
- Keeping the commercial engine clean: accurate Salesforce data, tight notes and honest forecasts.
- Working alongside AEs on enterprise cycles so you learn the motion by doing parts of it.
Requirements: We are hiring across a few different profiles. One of the following backgrounds would be best suited:
- An SDR with 12 to 24 months at a good B2B SaaS company who is hitting quota and wants a faster path to AE.
- A former founder who has sold their own product and wants to plug into a company where the product and market are already working.
- Someone with a background in competitive sport, the military or another environment that rewards consistent daily effort.
- A switcher from consulting, recruitment or finance who is commercially minded and wants real ownership early.
