TraqCheck is a London-based AI-powered HR technology company that specializes in automated background verification and talent sourcing. The company provides a "Human OS" platform designed to help enterprises onboard employees quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. Its core products feature "Trace" for rapid background checks and "Nina" for conversational AI talent sourcing.

We are hiring Sales Consultants to join our founding sales team in full-cycle sales roles. You'll build pipeline, run discovery, and close SME deals while learning how larger enterprise sales work alongside experienced AEs / Account Executives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building your own pipeline through outbound and inbound leads
  • Running discovery calls and understanding customer needs
  • Closing SME deals end-to-end
  • Collaborating with AEs on larger opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, recruitment, trading, real estate or consulting—or a desire to break into sales
  • A confident recent graduate who has drive and passion to succeed
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness
  • Motivation to learn, take ownership, and deliver results
  • Willingness to understand our company and grow a passion for our suite of products and the industry we operate in
