What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and Compliance leaders
- Creating thoughtful outbound campaigns that generate real conversations
- Qualifying inbound opportunities and turning interest into revenue
- Closing smaller deals yourself while learning larger enterprise sales motions
- Managing your own territory and pipeline
- Working with AI tools to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Learning how modern SaaS sales actually works
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- An SDR with 1-2 years' experience looking for a faster route to closing
- A graduate with commercial experience and a strong track record of achievement
- A former athlete who understands discipline, resilience and competition
- Someone from recruitment, consulting or finance who wants a more entrepreneurial career
