We're hiring SDRs - But not in the way you're thinking. TraqCheck is replacing the broken economics of background screening and resourcing with AI and buyers are already coming to us. We need sales consultants to turn that demand into closed revenue along with outreaching and selling into HR, TA and Compliance teams and recruitment leaders.

Requirements:

  • A successful recruitment consultant, estate agent, trader or sales consultant who wants real sales ownership and a pathway to career progression.
  • An SDR hitting quota but stuck in a slow track role and wants the opportunity to prove they have what it takes to advance their career.
  • An entry level Graduate who can demonstrate their ability to sell and a hunger/drive to succeed.

You’ll need to be able to write sharp cold emails and hold real commercial conversations whilst treating your desk like a P.
