Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events, conferences, workshops, or activations, including logistics, venue, and scheduling.
- Be responsible for all engagement & growth: actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Manage all content creation: produce high-quality, on-brand photos, videos and ad content.
Requirements
- A prolific personal social media following with a large, engaged, and rapidly growing audience.
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, event coordination and community management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong copywriting skills with a feel for brand voice on social.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and emerging trends.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
- Ideally a background in or interest in HR technology, AI, compliance or SaaS markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous.
