The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Working for a family run creative business, you will be expected to drive business development while managing day-to-day operations across the office and workshop. You will be a key link between clients and production, ensuring every project runs smoothly, from initial brief to final delivery. With a focus on quality, service, and clear communication, you will ensure that every order meets the highest standard. This role requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Due to the location of our client, you will have access to your own vehicle.

General duties include:

  • Manage day to day operations, working alongside some of the industry’s leading design partners to create bespoke products for their customers
  • Manage customer accounts and projects, keeping them informed of progress
  • Market Company goods and services via Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp campaigns
  • Maintain website liaising with website management company
  • Prepare quotes
  • Follow up quotes with clients
  • Plan production and deliveries liaising with established team and workshop
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Maintain and update company branding
