Our client is an expanding and successful energy consultancy, working with nation-wide corporate, industrial and commercial clients. Consultancy services include gas, electric and water contract negotiation, contract management, energy reporting, billing validation and invoice recharging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising and calculating monthly/quarterly/annual tenant recharge reports
  • Reviewing, uploading and validating monthly meter readings from sites
  • Responding to client/tenant queries on recharges
  • Working with your recharge colleagues to produce the reports in a timely manner
  • Working with your line manager to raise issues and discuss solutions
  • Raising and responding to tasks where required
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Working with the data team to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Working with in house software developers to enhance systems from a recharging perspective by designing new system functionality or enhancing API links with third parties
