Sales/Marketing and Production Manager in Manston

Working for a family run creative business, you will be expected to drive business development while managing day-to-day operations across the office and workshop.

You will be a key link between clients and production, ensuring every project runs smoothly, from initial brief to final delivery.

With a focus on quality, service, and clear communication, you will ensure that every order meets the highest standard.

This role requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

Due to the location of our client, you will have access to your own vehicle.

General duties of the Sales/Marketing and Production Manager include:

* Manage day to day operations, working alongside some of the industry’s leading design partners to create bespoke products for their customers

* Manage customer accounts and projects, keeping them informed of progress

* Market Company goods and services via Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp campaigns

* Maintain website liaising with website management company

* Prepare quotes

* Follow up quotes with clients

* Plan production and deliveries liaising with established team and workshop

* Identify new opportunities

* Maintain and update company branding
