The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

This is an entry level role and previous industry experience is not essential. However, in the absence of hands-on experience, our client expects candidates to hold a minimum Level 3 Computing qualification (or equivalent), an industry-related certification (Microsoft or CompTIA), or be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for technology alongside active personal development toward a career in IT. Training and development will be provided as part of the role.

Customer service is of main importance when it comes to our client. Your day-to-day role will be taking incoming service requests from clients while providing excellent customer service. You’ll be using your technology skills to diagnose and resolve issues and maintain a healthy technology and security standard across clients’ technology stack. You will work in an extremely fast-paced environment where a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, even when under extreme pressure. This is a Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 office-based role. Additional hours will be expected once you pass your probationary period (6-months) and will be paid at time and a half rate or time in lieu. All additional shifts are on a rota basis.

Performance bonus is paid out quarterly, with the EO profit share being paid out annually.
