Head of HR in Kent

We are supporting an established business to source an experienced HR leader to help build stronger managers, better teams and a culture where people are encouraged to be Creative Problem Solvers, bring Positive Energy, work as One Team, remain Easy to Work With and always Set the Bar High. Working closely with the Managing Director, leadership team and HR Manager, you will lead the people agenda across the UK and international operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the business continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional people whilst helping managers build high-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who is commercially minded, can challenge when required, cut through complexity and help drive high standards across the business. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Travel to UK and overseas offices may be required on occasion.
