As an IT Engineer, your day-to-day role will be installing solutions as a defined project for clients. This could be anything from a single PC installation to a full VoIP rollout. Your advanced technology skills will be required to implement projects with minimal business interruptions or problems.
The IT Engineer role will be a mix of remote and client location installations, which may also include attending pre and post project meetings with the client. This role requires 2+ years’ experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry. This is a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Additional hours will be expected once you pass your probationary period and will be paid at time and a half rate or time in lieu. All additional shifts are on a rota basis. Due to this role also requiring client visits, travelling may be required outside of the standard hours to ensure you are onsite for 9am.
Salary: £26,910 per annum + up to £6,000 performance bonus + EO profit share.
