Hornby is looking for an Ecommerce Digital Product Manager to take ownership of the Hornby website and turn it into a significantly stronger engine for customer acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value. This is much more than website management. You’ll own the commercial performance, customer experience and digital product roadmap, identifying where customers struggle, prioritising the biggest opportunities and delivering measurable improvements. A major priority will be the development and launch of Hornby’s next-generation ecommerce website. Acting as the business Product Owner, you’ll work with their web development agency, technology partners and internal teams to take the platform from planning and development through testing, migration and launch. Post-launch, you’ll lead a continuous optimisation programme driven by customer insight, analytics and commercial performance data. What you’ll do Own the ecommerce strategy, performance and digital product roadmap. Lead the delivery and launch of the next-generation ecommerce platform. Translate customer and commercial needs into clear, prioritised product requirements. Own ecommerce KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, revenue per visitor, acquisition, retention and lifetime value....
