With over 1,000 employees and a £150m turnover, we are growing and now looking for a Site Supervisor / Working Foreperson to join our project delivery teams. We are currently delivering upgrades on clean water plants in the West Sussex area and are looking for a proven supervisor to join our team.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities including supervising teams, coordinating resources, and acting as a key interface between site personnel, subcontractors, and management. This is a hands-on site-based working role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Technical Responsibilities - Site Supervision
  • Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and operatives to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Undertake daily briefs, allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company standards, procedures, and site rules.
  • Monitor use of materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Report shortages, delays, or equipment issues to the Foreman or Project Manager.
