Due to continued success in the sector we are looking to appoint a General Foreman with proven experience delivering National Grid projects.

As the General Foreman you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations and is required to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and materials, while maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What Youll Be Doing 1) Technical Responsibilities - Site Supervision Direct, supervise, and motivate site teams, including skilled operatives and subcontractors.
Allocate work efficiently to meet project schedules and milestones.
Mentor and develop site personnel to enhance team performance and capabilities.
Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment.
Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring performance and compliance with contracts.
