The role manages site personnel, coordinates subcontractors, and acts as a key interface between construction, engineering, and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and operatives.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction and installation works.
  • Manage site resources, plant, and materials effectively.
  • Monitor site progress against programme and report issues or delays to the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager.
  • Provide regular site progress reports, including programme updates and resource usage.
  • Maintain site records, quality documentation, and Health.
