The Human Resource Advisor is responsible for supporting and guiding both employees and management including providing expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role ensures compliance with employment legislation, fosters positive employee relations, and contributes to the positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the Recruitment Manager in uploading adverts, managing CVs, sifting of applicants and the interview arrangement process. Organise an engaged onboarding process with new starters, ensuring a smooth entry into the business is facilitated.
- Compliance: Advise and support managers on performance management, absence management. Manage and hold accountability for compliance documentation in relation to Immigration, including sponsorship management.
- Vetting and Clearance: Act as the first point of contact for Vetting and Security Clearance queries.
